SUMMER HOUSE FOR RENT
This is a perfect self catering 80 m² holiday house, fully equipped with bright new stylish furniture, situated in Koskinou area, 10 km away from Rhodes city, 10 km away from Faliraki, ideal for families who prefer quiet holidays but with all facilities nearby. The open plan living room/kitchen is very spacious and has all modern conveniences (coffee maker, kettle, cooker, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, TV, Sat/ Cable TV, free Internet, DVD, ironing board, iron, toaster, waffle maker, CD player, radio, etc). Dining area with chairs and table. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with 1 semi single bed (we can put an extra bed if required). In the living room there are two sofas the one from those can open to a semi double bed, so 5 persons can sleep comfortably. 1 bathroom with toilet, shower. Air-condition in all rooms. Private garage, beautiful garden with beautiful flowers, patio area, bbq, sun beds, olive trees and many other trees around. It is a 10 min drive to the beach (Kalithea, Faliraki, Ladiko, Antony Queen Afandou) with crystal clear waters. 5 minute drive distance to big super markets (Carfour, Lidl, Alfa Vita).
Price: 60 € per day for 2 persons. July and August 70€ per day for 2 persons. For every other person we charge 10 € per day and 12 per day for July and August (no charge for children under 6 years old) –Payment in Euro- Payment method: Paid with booking
Extra: one time final cleaning after departure costs 40€ per booking (Compulsory charge), extra cleaning of the whole house and the whole personal housekeeping, charge: 70 € per week (Optional extra).
